Join a busy Arndell Park FMCG site as an experienced LO Order Picker with a High Reach licence!

Work for one of our valued clients with consistent Monday–Friday shifts, ongoing work (not just peak), and a supportive, team-first culture. Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, assist with order picking using the LO Order pickers and RF scanners, move pallets, and maintain a clean, modern, and safe warehouse. This is a hands-on role where your skills are valued every day and you’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering results for a leading FMCG client.

Shifts Available:

  • Morning:7:00 – 3pm $51
  • Afternoon: 3:20pm – 11pm
  • Night: 11.10pm - 7am

(Night shift will be trained on afternoon shift for 1 week and commence on nights from 10/11)

Pay Rates:

  • Morning: $51.09
  • Afternoon: $57.31
  • Night: $63.52

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operator LO Order pickers safely
  • Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely
  • Perform pre-start checks and secure loads
  • Pick and move stock using RF scanners
  • Wrap pallets and prepare goods for dispatch
  • Maintain a safe, organised workspace

What We’re Looking For:

  • LF licence with solid High Reach experience
  • LO Order Picker licence with experience
  • Physically fit and confident with manual handling
  • Safety-conscious, reliable, and a team player

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Site induction (coordinated with site contact)
  • Drug & alcohol screening may apply
